We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. You can also buy flexible attachments for ordinary home power drills: [link]
There are all sorts of attachments and bits, but a small diamond bit will cut through almost anything. I imagine it would get through lino very easily. You'll get a different edge on a 'cut' from that you get using a knfe or cutting tool (although a drill would make small neat holes, and they might make a router bit), but your sky would have been very fast.
